Welcome to Basement Workshop.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://basementwrksp.com (the “Site”) and any related content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Basement Workshop (“Basement,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the secure e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to operate online.

Basement Workshop designs and sells apparel and accessories in limited or rotating releases.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors and details. However:

  • Product appearance may differ slightly due to manufacturing variations

  • We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it.

Once accepted:

  • Payment must be successfully processed

  • Cancellation requests may not be accommodated

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

Purchases are for personal use only. Resale or commercial redistribution without authorization is prohibited.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Basement Workshop operates independently using the platform provided by Shopify.

All sales and transactions are between you and Basement Workshop.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for:

  • Product quality

  • Shipping

  • Returns

  • Injuries, losses, or damages related to purchases

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to transactions made through our store.
